About the production of packaging boxes

Lipstick tubes are one of our main products. In response to the needs of some customers, we have developed matching small paper box packaging and plastic bag packaging for individual products.

The production process of the packaging box is divided into five steps.

Firstly, design the packaging box. Which is the most important step and the decisive part. The quality of the design will directly affect the consumer’s desire to buy.

Secondly, the confirmation of the material. The surface paper, edge, inner sticker, bottom paper, etc. of the box need to be confirmed. Different materials have different textures and different visual effects.

Thirdly, confirm the process required for the packaging box. There are embossing, UV, lamination, silk screen, bronzing, and other processes to choose

Fourthly, make samples. After the above steps are confirmed, make the samples required by the customer for confirmation. Problems that need to be adjusted can be realized in this step.

Fifthly, produce goods. This requires a worker’s personal level of operation. When assembling the box, keep the box clean, and avoid leaking glue to affect the appearance of the box when applying glue. The gluing method should also be selected according to the material of the box.
