How to open the crimp pump?

We often use the crimp pump in our life, so how can we do if the crimp pump can not be turned on?

1. Start by unscrewing the cap from the crimp pump.

2. Once the cap is removed, you should see a small metal pin. This pin is used to open the crimp pump.

3. Insert the pin into the hole at the top of the crimp pump and twist it clockwise.

4. This will open the crimp pump and allow you to access the contents inside.

5. Once you have finished using the crimp pump, make sure to close it securely by twisting the pin counterclockwise.

If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.

If we have stocks, we can ship immediately when get your payment. For common design, we will send goods to you within 35 days after we receive your payment. For OEM products, we will send goods to you within 50 days (including mold time) after we receive your payment.
