First, color spraying is introduced. Its advantage is color spraying promotes the cargo’s surface more luxurious and shiny. Its printing area is the plastic cargo’s surface or inner surface. The order of making this process is first to install goods, dust removal, color spraying, dry, and finally package after passing the quality inspection.

The second process to be introduced is silk screen printing. After the logo mold is made, screen version fixing, proofread color location, printing, drying, material receiving, secondary alignment screen printing, drying, and packaging inspection is completed.

After cleaning products, remove static electricity, bottom color spraying, baking bottom paint, vacuum coating, surface color spraying, and baking surface paint, then inspect and pack.

Water transfer printing is the sixth and last process commonly used in the industry. This process step is much simpler than the above ones. Just logo paper is made first, then logo paper soak, and finally complete the logo transfer printing.
