Plastic Child Resistant Cap

The plastic Child Resistant Cap as the name suggests is a press-type screw cap. It is a special screw cap to prevent children from accidentally opening the bottle cap and accidentally eating the contents of the bottle. Generally, liquids or solids that are harmful to children, such as medicines, e-liquids, cosmetics, etc., are placed in the bottle.

The plastic Child Resistant Cap has a two-layer structure. Inside is a small cap and outside is a large cap. The small cap can move inside the large cap. There is a ring of gears at the bottom, which is opposite the gears on the big cap. When it is not pressed down, the two gears are not connected, so it cannot be opened no matter what. This will prevent children from accidentally eating or misusing it.

Compared with the child resistant cap, the ordinary screw plastic cap has a single-layer structure and can be opened as soon as it is twisted, which poses a great safety hazard to children. Conventional child resistant caps are provided with PE material gaskets, and gaskets of other materials can be customized if there are special requirements.
