Products On Biodegradable Materials
With more and more white waste in the world, the slogan of environmental protection has been sounded, and biodegradable materials slowly started to emerge.
So what is a biodegradable material? Biodegradable materials are materials that can be degraded by sunlight, biodegradation, and natural degradation in the natural environment. Degradable materials do not cause harm to the environment and the substances produced by degradation are absorbed by the environment.
PLA material is a degradable material with plasticity derived from plant starch. It has three characteristics. First, it can be biodegraded by the natural environment and will not cause harm to the environment. Second, the material is stable and can be processed by a variety of processes. Third, it has good biocompatibility, gloss, transparency, feel and heat resistance.
PLA is a new type of biodegradable material made from starch raw materials derived from renewable plant resources (e.g. corn). Glucose is obtained by saccharification of starch raw materials, and then high purity lactic acid is made by fermentation of glucose and certain strains of bacteria, and then PLA of certain molecular weight is synthesized by chemical synthesis method. It has good biodegradability and can be completely degraded by microorganisms in nature after use, and eventually produces carbon dioxide and water, which does not pollute the environment and can protect the environment well, and is recognized as an environmentally friendly material.
